DISCOVER

Phase one is for 4 weeks starting with a double length deep dive. We will identify and consider your current life balance, limiting beliefs and stories. Prepare for some lightbulb moments (and homework between sesssions)!

Phase Two

EXPLORE

Kick off phase two with another double-deep-dive. This time focusing in on your areas for development and further exploration. Be prepared to re-write your life stories and beliefs!

Phase Three

ACTION

Having discovered and explored your problem areas, now is the time for action! We will find the best resources for you to plan and start your re-training.

Phase Four

HABITUALISE

They say it takes 90 days to create a new habit. This phase will start to embed your new mindsets and create new, positive habits. With regular check in sessions with me you can ensure you stay on the right path and maintain your emerging life balance.
